They have established themselves as one of the up and coming builders in NSW over the last 10 years.

The role:
Reporting to the Head of Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing & carrying out defect rectification work to the satisfaction of contractual requirements. 

You will be leading, supporting & mentoring 2 junior maintenance supervisors in this role.

Your role will be approx. 30% office based & 70% site based

Experience:

• Able to lead a team and drive team
• Have experience in a role at Maintenance Supervisor/Warranty Supervisor level previously with another residential builder
• Have stability on your CV
• Able to work in team environment
• Complete general maintenance to the satisfaction of defect lists
• Have excellent communication skills with clients regarding action according to service & warranty guidelines
