Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hydraulic Engineer to join a dynamic team in Sydney. As a Senior Hydraulic Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, coordination, and management of hydraulic systems for diverse projects in the building services sector.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Hydraulic System Design: Lead the design and analysis of hydraulic systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and client requirements.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate hydraulic solutions seamlessly into overall building designs. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Technical Expertise: Apply advanced knowledge of hydraulic engineering principles to develop innovative and efficient solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance project outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of hydraulic designs to guarantee accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.
  
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hydraulic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hydraulic engineering within the building services sector.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in hydraulic design software and relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of local and international building codes and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
