Summary
CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a well established, national mechanical services contractor who are expanding their Drafting team due to an influx of new projects and the promotion of an internal team member. This has created a new opportunity for an experienced HVAC Drafter / BIM Coordinator to join the team.
The Client
Working on some of the major building projects within WA, our client has an excellent reputation for designing and delivering the mechanical services packages on some of Perth's leading building & resources projects. Due to having long standing relationships with several tier 1 and tier 2 builders in WA, our client are often a mechanical services provider of choice for key projects.
The Role
Working closely with an experienced Drafting/BIM Manager, you will play a key role as a Senior Drafter / BIM Coordinator in the design and coordination across a diverse range of building projects - Commercial, Education, Correction Facilities, Data Centres, Mining, Oil & Gas etc.
Utilising your strong Revit skills, you be involved in coordinating the design and identifying clash detections via Navisworks on complex construction projects.
