Join an Australian owned mid-tier builder that operates across the Eastern Seaboard. The company is made up of multiple divisions and has works with both Government and Private clients. The company is at the forefront of innovation and technology however brings over many years of experience.

The role: 

My client has recently submitted a EOI on a large school project. If invited to the tender the client will require a senior estimator with strong schools experience to run the tender over a 6 period. This contract will be commencing late August / Early September. Further longevity could come around from good service. 

About you: 

• Minimum 10 years experience 
• Estimated a number of schools previously
• Ideally a proven track record of successfully winning schools
• Experience within the tier 2 / 1 market 
• Worked on school projects in excess of $15M + 
• Ideally you have a civil engineering or quantity surveying background.
