A commercial/Industrial builder who have been operating in QLD for over 40 years have a great reputation in the industry. They are currently turning over around $150M with over 40 staff in the business and already have a full order book for the rest of the year.
 
The role – Senior Estimator
They are looking for a Senior Estimator to come into the business and join a team of 3. You will be based in head office located just outside the Brisbane CBD and you will be working on tenders from a value of $1M to $40M which is mainly from repeat business.
 
What you need

• 8 years plus experience as a building Estimator
• Experience with a similar size builder on similar size projects
• Proven history of using Buildsoft
• Able to manage team
• Stability with previous employers
• A team player
