Company Overview:
- Reaching their 15th anniversary this interior fit out and refurbishment contractor have established themselves as a builder of choice for many clients and sub-contractors alike. This has seen them grow organically as per their five year plan and are now chasing larger projects up to $20m with a turnover of $150m.
- Working in the commercial, retail and hospitality sectors they are able to deliver projects ranging from $1m to $20m and have done so successfully through developed systems and clear and concise management.
- The business is looking to engage a Senior Estimator to join an established team working closely with the Senior Managers, and Estimators.
- You'll be responsible for pricing works valued to $20M within the commercial fit out, refurbishment sector in a hands on capacity, mentoring where needed more junior team members.
- Quantity Surveying or Construction Estimating background with related degree
- More than 7 years experience working as an Estimator and looking to step up - tier 3 or mid-tier experience.
- Must have a good understanding of the local market and understand how to pull a project apart, breaking down the scopes and methodology
- Knowledge and relationships with local trade base
- Strong knowledge of Buildsoft
