The Company: 

With over four decades of experience this mid-tier builder has a strong history of delivering work for well-known government organisations as well as private sector educational and aged care clients. They are a well organised outfit that is continuing to grow organically creating a well regarded name within the Sydney market.

The role: 

Currently the builder in question is experiencing a busy period within their estimating department. They are seeking the support of an experienced estimator who has the ability to run with multiple tenders at one time. 

About you: 

• Minimum 8 years experience
• Estimated Education, Commercial, Retail and Aged Care projects
• Proven track record in tendering these projects
• Tertiary qualification Quantity surveying, Engineering or a related field
• Tier 2 or 3 experience highly preferred
• Ideally you will be a contract candidate who has the ability to come in and hit the ground running.
