The Company:
Established for close to 15 years, this highly professional and honest aluminium and glass facade contractor are seeking an Estimator to join their close-knit team of 20 staff you will reporting to the Commercial Manager and be highly involved in the entire design, install and supply process. Factory and office based in one of South-West Sydney Industrial areas.
The Role:
Due to an expansion and a demand for custom designed facade works within the industry they are seeking an estimator to assist with upcoming demand. You will be reporting into the Commercial Manager will be working across the full bid process on tenders up to the value of $10M additionally be involved with project coordination to gain a full understanding of methodology, you will be highly detailed, have a strong understanding of construction methodology and carry high accurate measurement skills.

About You:
- Keen eye for detail
- 2 years + experience in construction estimating.
- Coordination and compilation of bids and tenders
- Have the ability to review and coordinate project performance
- Previous experience in either windows, doors, glassing, curtain walls, cladding and/or facades essential.
- Honest contractor with a strong pipeline due to repeat business
- Commercial sector
- Flexible and relaxed work culture
- Highly experience and open-minded management
