The Role:
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the electrical engineering team and managing a variety of projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems that meet both client and regulatory requirements.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee the planning, design, and execution of electrical engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Design and Documentation: Develop detailed electrical designs, schematics, and specifications. Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members. Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
• Client Liaison: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs and provide solutions that exceed their expectations.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of designs and project deliverables. Implement quality control processes to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all work.
• Sustainability Focus: Integrate sustainable practices and energy-efficient solutions into all designs, supporting the consultancy's commitment to environmental responsibility.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical engineering within the building services sector.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of Australian building codes and standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
