Senior Electrical Engineer - Tier 1 Multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy

Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our clients team, a Tier 1 Multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical engineering within the construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  
Responsibilities:

• Lead the electrical engineering design for a variety of projects, ranging from commercial and residential buildings to industrial facilities.
• Develop electrical design concepts and solutions that meet the project requirements and comply with relevant codes and standards.
• Coordinate with other disciplines, including mechanical, structural, and architectural teams, to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
• Review and approve electrical design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Participate in project meetings and liaise with clients and contractors as required.
• Conduct site inspections and attend commissioning activities to ensure that the electrical systems are installed and operated correctly.

  
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, codes, and standards.
• Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and calculation tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
