CGC are working for a with a boutique consultancy based in West Perth. With over 25 years experience servicing the Australian construction industry by providing state of the art innovations and solutions in building services engineering. 

They are seeking a skilled senior electrical engineer with a strong background in non-process electrical design for a range of projects including schools, hospitals, commercial, and residential projects.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for engineering and a proven track record in electrical design, from concept to completion. With a focus on safety and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of five on a range of non-process projects
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Mentor and develop junior engineers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in electrical design, with a focus on non-process projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
• Proven track record of leading projects from concept to completion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• MUST have Australian working rights.
