Summary

An opportunity is available for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a leading Tier 2 contractor delivering a $25m industrial / commercial facility in Perth’s eastern suburbs.

This is a site-based role overseeing day-to-day construction activities on a high-quality build, working closely with the Project Manager and site team to ensure safe, efficient and timely delivery.

• $25m industrial / commercial development
• Perth metro location (near Belmont)
• Well-structured program with strong head-office support
• High standards around safety, quality and subcontractor management

The Role - Site Supervisor

• Manage daily site operations from early works through to completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and trades on site
• Ensure works are delivered to program, budget and quality expectations
• Maintain strong site safety, environmental and QA compliance
• Work closely with the Project Manager, engineers and consultants
• Lead site meetings and manage short-term programming

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on industrial or commercial projects ($10m+)
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and trade coordination
• Solid understanding of HSE, QA and site compliance requirements
• Confident communicator with the ability to lead subcontractors on site
• Trade background or construction qualification preferred
