Our client is one of Australia’s largest privately-owned construction companies who turn over in excess of $900M and have a combined workforce of over 500 people nationwide delivering works within federal, state and local governments as well as private institutions.
They have three offices located in QLD and have been operating in the state for nearly 20 years. They are a well-known Tier 2 builder.

The Position: Senior Design Manager – Brisbane Office
The project is a $200M build to rent apartment project which is located in the valley. The project is currently in design faze and will start construction in January. We are looking for a Senior Design Manager to join in the next month and work alongside a Senior PM in the early stages of the project and through construction.
You will be joining a large design team and will be seen as a senior part of the business.

- Tertiary qualifications relating to construction (civil/structural or construction management)
- Previous experience on large scale projects
- Previous experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder
- Have a construction or architecture background
- Stability on your CV is key
- Enough experience to call yourself a Senior Design Manager
