Our client is the leading transport and roads agency for New South Wales. The organisation is responsible for improving the customer experience, planning, program administration, policy, regulation, procuring transport services, infrastructure and freight.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Liason Officer to join our client, an NSW State government agency, on a contractual basis.

Role Responsibility:

• Process customer requests relating to Ariba contract creation, variation, and panels resulting in the creation and variation of purchase orders.
• Must have in-depth technical expertise in SAP Ariba for the role.
• Work with internal stakeholders to determine best contract workspace set up needs and delivery requirements.
• Administer contract-related administrative functions.
• Ariba Database- maintain, manage and administer organizations' Ariba contract database operating system whilst adhering to policies and procedures to ensure optimal database and system integrity, security, and compliance.

MUST HAVES:

• Eligibility to work full-time in Australia 
• Previous experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL.
• Previous gov experience preferred but not essential
• Must be able to start  immediately  
• Experience in SAP ARIBA is ESSENTIAL
