The Role
Due to a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, Evolve is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to support the Project Manager across all commercial and financial aspects of construction delivery.
You’ll take ownership of contract management, cost control, procurement, and progress claims, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standard.

You’ll take ownership of contract management, cost control, procurement, and progress claims, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer head and subcontractor contracts, variations, and progress claims
- Manage project cost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow
- Oversee procurement and tendering of subcontract packages
- Review scopes, quotes, and tender returns for compliance and accuracy
- Work collaboratively with Project Managers and Site Teams to ensure financial control
- Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Contribute to project planning and delivery from pre-construction through to completion
- 5+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction
- Proven track record working on projects from $5M–$40M
- Strong understanding of contract law, cost control, and construction processes
- Exceptional attention to detail and financial acumen
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Confident communicator and team player with a proactive approach
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or related discipline
- Work on high-quality projects across multiple sectors
