The company:
This highly respected builder who have been established for over 100 years have created a fantastic name for themselves in the all states of Australia. This ambitious builder who were founded in South Australia over 80 years ago have been operating in the NSW Market for over 25 years now and are continuing to grow year on year operating in fields such as commercial, residential, retail and large scale health projects.
The role:
This is a heavy hitting procurement role. I am currently requiring a Senior Contracts Administrator who has the ability to come in and handle packages of up to $2M. You will be required to have a strong negotiation skills and the ability to review contracts in depth.
About you:
- 5 + years experience within Contracts Administration
- Construction field degree qualified
- Tier 1 or 2 experience
- Cheops & Jobpac essential
- Tertiary qualification in an engineering field or similar required.
