Senior Contracts Administrator - Major Marine Infrastructure Project (Fixed Term Contract)
 
Salary: $160-200k + Super (DOE)
Location: Perth-based role | Work on a landmark Victorian marine upgrade
 
Step into a pivotal role on one of Victoria's most significant marine infrastructure upgrades. You'll join a high-performing corporate team in Perth while supporting a technically complex project featuring piling, structural steel, heavy-duty slabs, and major civil works.
 
We're seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator with strong head-contractor background—ideally Tier 1 or Tier 2—who can manage commercial responsibilities across a large-scale, $100m+ construction environment. This is an initial fixed-term contract offering a competitive package dependent on experience.
What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing full contract administration across a major marine infrastructure project
• Managing subcontractor procurement, scopes, variations, claims and progress payments
• Supporting commercial governance, cost control, and reporting
• Working closely with engineering, project management, and corporate teams
• Ensuring compliance with contractual, financial, and project delivery requirements
• Contributing to high-level commercial strategy and risk management

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator / Senior CA on large-scale civil or marine projects (circa $100m)
• Strong head contractor background - ideally from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment
• Solid understanding of complex scopes including piling, heavy civil, structural steel, and marine works
• Full working rights in Australia
• Perth-based (or able to be based in Perth)
