Position: Senior Contract Administrator
Contract Type: 6-Month Temporary Contract (Daily Rates)
Start Date: ASAP
Project: Water Infrastructure New Build Waste Water Treatment Plant

Role Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join our clients team on a 6-month temporary contract basis for a prestigious project in Melbourne. As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in managing and administering contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, and providing commercial support to the project team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide commercial support to the project team
  • Prepare and review variations, claims, and contract documents
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance
  • Prepare and submit progress claims and invoices
  • Assist with procurement and subcontractor management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry, preferably on civil infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration and commercial management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management or a related field
