Job description
The company
Established over 100 years ago this family owned Tier 2 contractor who operate in every state of Australia have a fantastic name and especially in NSW. They are currently one of the busiest builders and their Sydney office has over $100M of work starting in the next quarter. They operate in multiple sectors including commercial, industrial, residential and retail.
What you'll need to be considered:
- Minimum 10 Years within construction
- Jobpac and Cheops Proficient
- Residential experience preferred but not essential
- Project experience $50M +
- Ability to manage a general Contracts Administrator as well as a cadet
The project:
- This will be a landmark project within Sydney Northern suburbs. The project itself is coming out of the ground and will be valued over $200M.
