Summary
CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a well established, national commercial head contractor who are delivering a 2nd stage project development, on a $40m+ commercial & industrial development SOR, and as a result are looking to build out their Perth team, with the addition of a Senior Contract Administrator.
The Client
A national contractor who have an excellent reputation nationally, for delivering a diverse range of commercial & industrial construction projects - up to $100m+.
With a small WA based team, you'll be working directly with an experienced Senior Project Manager, enabling you to make the opportunity your own. You'll play a key part of building & developing the internal culture, as the team expands.
The Role - Senior Contract Administrator
As a Senior Contract Administrator, you'll be the lead CA on the project so will be across all contracts, sub contractor management, RFI's / variations etc. working in close collaboration with the Senior PM.
The position will be a site based role, 10 mins south of the CBD, on a 2nd stage of the project for a high profile client.
Culture & Benefits
