  • This builder has over 2 decades of experience in NSW and QLD completing projects in the educational, hospitality and general commercial sector valued from $10M - $50M
  • The company currently holds a strong financial position, have just secured 2 anchor projects for the 24/25 financial year and are hiring due to growth
  • Forecasted turnover in the 24/25 financial year will surpass the $200M mark
The Position
  • You will be joining a thriving business working alongside an experienced Project Manager delivering an anchor project valued to $40M
  • You will complete the full 360 contracts administration role and be responsible for overseeing 1-2 people underneath you.
  • Being a large scale project someone can be based on site in NW Sydney or in the office in Mascot
  • Being a more senior resource, your expertise might be called upon to help more junior staff resolve issues and you will have complete oversight of the head contract
  • Long term the role could lead into commercial management for candidates looking to head down this pathway
You will be paid a salary of between $160K – 180K

To be successful for this role you will need: 
  • Construction Management or relevant construction related degree
  • 5 years + post graduate experience as a Contracts Administrator
  • Commercial construction background working in the local Australian marketplace
  • Good relationships with subbies, consultants and ability to effectively liaise with clients
  • Joppac experience is preferred however not essential
