CGC Recruitment are currently representing a leading WA owned and operated Design & Construct Head Contractor who specialise in delivering Commercial & Industrial Construction projects.

Due to newly awarded projects, we are currently seeking a Senior Contract Administrator who will play a key role in managing contracts and ensuring the successful delivery of high profile construction projects construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Administering construction contracts and managing project documentation
• Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual obligations
• Manage change orders and claims in a timely and efficient manner
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets and forecasts
• Prepare and submit progress claims and invoices
• Provide guidance and support to junior contract administrators

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration for construction projects
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
