CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a leading Tier 2 commercial and industrial builder with a reputation for delivering high-profile industrial building projects across Western Australia.
Due to a high profile newly awarded project, they are now looking for an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join their high-performing team and take commercial lead on a landmark $70 million industrial facility based near Jandakot.
The Role - Senior Contract Administrator
This is a permanent role offering the chance to take ownership of a flagship project from start to finish. You'll be working in a hybrid role, approx 60% head office and 40% on-site, ensuring a strong connection to both commercial strategy and delivery execution.

The Role - Senior Contract Administrator

As the Senior CA, you’ll directly report into an experienced Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager, and be responsible for:
- Full contract administration across the lifecycle of the project
- Procurement, subcontractor negotiation, scope and package letting
- Managing progress claims, variations, RFI registers and reporting
- Supporting cost forecasting, budgeting, and risk control
- Ensuring compliance with contract and legislative requirements
- Leading a junior CA or CA team if required
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in a contract administration role, ideally with exposure to large-scale commercial or industrial builds
- A proven ability to manage complex procurement and contract negotiation
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
- $190,000 – $200,000 total package
