The Role as a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end contract management process. You will work closely with the Project Manager, Site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery of projects — on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.

The Role as a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end contract management process. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, negotiate, and manage head contracts and subcontracts
- Administer variations, progress claims and procurement schedules
- Analyse cost reports and manage budgets and forecasts
- Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and trades to ensure timely delivery
- Conduct tender evaluations and scope reviews
- Ensure compliance with all contractual and statutory obligations
- Support project delivery through contract lifecycle from pre-construction to completion
- Minimum 7+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in high-end residential in Australia.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail, commercial acumen, and communication skills
- Proficiency in construction management software (Procore & Buildlogic)
- Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
