CGC Recruitment have partnered with a well established and highly reputable national engineering design consultancy who have a fantastic new opportunity for a Senior Civil Designer to play a key role within their WA business. 

The Client

Our client are a specialist multidisciplinary engineering design consultancy with a major presence in the WA Civil, Infrastructure, Structural and Resources markets.

As a Tier 2 Consultancy, and having no plans to change the culture and develop into a tier 1, it enables the business to have a large team and local presence, but no red tape or politics that is often associated with a tier 1. It's for this reason, the business has been able to attract several high performing Engineers and Designers from Tier 1 consultants who have flourished since joining. 

The Role - Senior Civil Designer
As a Senior Civil Designer, you will play a key role within their Civil Infrastructure team where you will work on a diverse variety of Roads, Highways and Civil projects. Utilise your Civil 3D, 12D and AutoCAD experience and also gain further exposure into using OpenRoads. 

Our client are an approved supplier and on the panel to MRWA and PTA and have been consistently picking up new projects due to their high quality technical delivery and strength of relationships with clients. 

About You

As the successful applicant, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
  • 10+ years Civil Design experience, consultancy experience highly regarded
  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Civil3D AND 12D 
  • A proven track record of delivering transport infrastructure projects within Australia
  • Engineering (civil) degree, TAFE qualification- Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree or similar equivalent industry experience
