Due to some recent successful tenders they are looking to add a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to the team who comes from a construction background.
As a Sales/Marketing Coordinator, your responsibilities will look to;
- Maintain company website and match all existing marketing materials
- Manage social media and develop marketing strategies
- Research market environment, review local competition, and perform market analysis
- Track campaign and analyse the process
- Plan communication methods, logistics, and timing
- Manage corporate social responsibility and coordinate events
- EDM management, managing applications and external communications
- Content creation and publication
- Create business documents
- Graphic design, basic video & photo editing
- Compile and maintain contact list and building relationships with prospective clients to identify potential tender opportunities
- In conjunction with the Director setup strategic meetings, plan and prepare presentations to pitch capabilities.
- Maintain CRM system
- Communicate new product/service developments to prospective clients
