Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety inductions
- Review and update safety documentation and procedures
- Support project teams in hazard identification and risk mitigation
- Investigate incidents and maintain accurate reporting records
- Promote a proactive safety culture across the project
- Proven experience in a Safety Officer or HSE role within commercial construction
- Strong understanding of NSW WHS regulations and best practice
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites or projects
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Relevant safety qualifications (Cert IV in WHS or equivalent)
- Deliver meaningful, sustainable infrastructure for leading food brands
