We’re seeking a Site Manager to lead delivery of a $26M food processing facility — a project that will set new standards in safety, quality, and efficiency.
  
About the Role
You will be responsible for overseeing safety compliance on a $26M new build food processing facility, working closely with project team to identify risks, implement procedures, and maintain a positive safety culture. This role is ideal for an experienced HSE professional seeking while making a tangible impact.
  
Salary will be in line with experience – you can expect figures of 140K – 150K + super
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety inductions
  • Review and update safety documentation and procedures
  • Support project teams in hazard identification and risk mitigation
  • Investigate incidents and maintain accurate reporting records
  • Promote a proactive safety culture across the project
About You
  • Proven experience in a Safety Officer or HSE role within commercial construction
  • Strong understanding of NSW WHS regulations and best practice
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites or projects
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Relevant safety qualifications (Cert IV in WHS or equivalent)
