The Role - Senior Planner

An opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Planner to support the delivery of a major Sydney Water infrastructure project.
This role will be split between Head Office and project site, working closely with senior leadership and delivery teams to drive program performance and strategic planning outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing detailed program across all phases of the project lifecycle
• Leading planning and scheduling activities using Primavera P6
• Collaborating with Project Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to maintain accurate and realistic project schedules
• Producing high-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders
• Monitoring project performance using KPIs and Earned Value Analysis (EVA)
• Managing program risks, delays, and schedule change control processes

Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years' planning experience on major infrastructure projects
• Strong background delivering water or major civil infrastructure projects
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential)
• Proven experience in construction planning and schedule change management
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
