CGC Recruitment are experts in providing short term construction and engineering resources to main and mid-tier Civil Contractors in QLD and Nationally across Australia. We have again been engaged by our key Tier 1 client to provide a Safety Adviser on a short-term basis on major road infrastructure project.
 
The team is a well-established team who require extra horsepower on the safety side during the final stages of construction. Reporting to the Safety Manager you will be responsible work health and safety management plans, provide proactive safety advice to site management and engineering staff.
 
The role is an immediate requirement for a 3 month period working exclusively on a night shift basis so applicants should be able to start the week before Easter. We are looking to speak to Safety professionals with the following experience: 
 
 Selection Criteria: 
 
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Safety Adviser role 
- Must possess demonstrated experience in Road Construction
- Open and experienced working in a night shift environment 
- Tier 1 Contracting experience is preferred
- Clear confident communicator
