HVAC Techinician / HVAC Manager / HVAC Domestic Manager / HVAC Residential Manager

Brand new opportunity for a HVAC Residential Manager to join a well established tier 2 mechanical services contractor who have a new requirement within their business. Our client have operated within the HVAC industry for several years with an excellent brand and long standing relationships with numerous tier 1 and 2 builders and developers. 

The client turn over approximately $15m per year and have projects currently on their books ready to go. As a Residential Manager you would work closely with the General Manager, typically taking responsibility for delivering residential install and service work. The client also offer commercial HVAC solutions to clients so there is the opportunity down the track to also get involved in more commercial projects.

We are seeking a Manager, who is ideally degree qualified in mechanical engineering or has come from a HVAC trade background. You will be confident Quoting installation, scheduling installation and ensuring installation is completed at a high level
You will also be liaising with the financials and reporting on projects, building client relationships and looking to expand the residential business.

The position would be well suited to a sub contractor technician or supervisor or someone who has previously owned there own business or won there own work and managing P/L and seeking a career pathway within an organization with established systems, process and back office facilities.

Residential HVAC Installation experience is essential! 

There is significant career development on offer, working with a business who have a proven track record from promoting from within. Salary $80-90k + Super + Vehicle / Vehicle allowance depending on experience.
