This is a standout opportunity to lead a $15M high-rise remedial project in Collaroy, taking ownership of site delivery with the support of an experienced team.
 
The Role
 
Reporting directly to the Project Director, the Site Manager will be responsible for day-to-day site management, trade coordination, and ensuring project milestones, safety, and quality standards are met.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Manage the delivery of a $15M high-rise remedial project from start to finish
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards
  • Lead site programming, material management, and logistics
  • Report on progress, costs, and safety to senior management
  • Mentor and support site supervisors and trades
  • Build strong client and stakeholder relationships
About You
  • 5+ years' experience in remedial, façade, or structural repair site management
  • Proven ability managing high-rise or multi-storey projects $10M+
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodology, safety, and compliance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Trade or tertiary qualification in Construction, Civil, or Building preferred
  • Canberra or Sydney-based, or willing to relocate locally
