Job description

As a result of a promotion one of Sydney's leading providers of outsourced residential building management are looking for an experienced building manager, to join the business in the role of Relief Manager. 

You will principally be responsible for covering their existing team of over 35 building managers, for annual and long service leave, sickness cover and as extra resource during project or upgrade works. The relief building managers are also involved in the mobilisation of new sites, as well as the bid and tender process for new sites. 

This is a reasonably senior role, and the relief managers are where they draw their area and regional managers from. As such you will have at least 5 years experience within the building management or facilities management space, you will have worked with multiple strata committees and ideally have exposure to mixed use developments and BMC's.
