Job description

CGC Brisbane have an immediate requirement for a Receptionist / Administrator to join a growing construction business. 
You will be fully supported, working as part of a small team initially on an hourly paid contract basis.

Key responsibilities will consist of:
- Reception duties
- Data entry
- General Admin, Scanning, filing, creating documents etc.
- Liaising with clients and customers
- Assisting other admin staff where needed

Ideal candidate:
- Experienced as a Receptionist and Administrator within a similar environment (Construction / Building)
- You must be comfortable with some phone based work
- A good communicator written, spoken and in person
- Good knowledge and use of Excel, Word and Outlook
