We are seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to support the daily operations of a busy construction office. This is a key front-of-house role suited to someone who takes pride in being organised, approachable, and proactive.
  
About the Role:

As the first point of contact for clients, contractors, and visitors, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and professional front desk experience.

Your main duties will include:
  • Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team members
  • Greeting and assisting visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Managing staff diaries and booking appointments, including site meetings and internal catch-ups
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are set up and ready for use
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider office as needed
What You’ll Bring:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or admin support role (construction or related industry a plus)
  • Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • A team-focused attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
