Job description
The company:
- The company in question is has been established within the Sydney Market for over 25 years. They are market leader specialising in Government, Heritage, Prestige residential and Education. The company is well a established Tier 2 builder who has plan for growth.
The role:
- I am currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Administrator to assist with Pre-planning, Planning, Procurement, managing Subcontractors, Reporting, Variations and Document Control
- This role will initially be contract however for the right person it has a view to go permanent.
About you:
- A minimum 3 years experience within construction working as a Quantity Surveyor or Contracts Administrator
- Experience within either Building or Fitout
- Working holiday from the UK would be preferred
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Contracts Administrator.
