Job description

CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a well established WA owned and operated commercial building head contractor who have a new requirement due to newly awarded projects, for a PM/CA to play a key role in delivering multiple new projects. 

A business that have been established in WA for over 20 years, that work across all aspects of commercial construction - fit outs, refurbs and new builds - typically ranging in value within their fit out division from $1-10m. 

The Role - Project Manager

A new opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager / Contract Administrator, to deliver newly awarded projects within the business. Due to the size and turnaround time of projects, you will essentially Project manage and administer contracts on your projects taking full ownership, yet will still have support from a Junior CA and Site Supervisor/Manager based on site. 

An excellent opportunity for either an experienced Contracts Administrator feeling ready to take that next step in their career, or a proven Project Manager interested in a new change and challenge. 


- Degree qualifications in Construction Management
- 3+ years experience within the commercial construction market in Australia
- White Card
