Job description
The Company:
- Established in some 30 years ago, our client provides the community with commercial, residential and civil building services still operating under the original owners and building licence.
- With a family culture and a strong customer centric values they continue to deliver excellent projects time and time again. All this coupled with a wealth of experience across local and state government entities including education works, electrical substations and infrastructure carried out for over 30 years.
- This is a "hands on" client facing Construction Management role running multiple projects at the same time, including organising and delegating tasks to other departments and multiple trades across a variety of projects in the sectors mentioned above.
- You'll work across front end bid and contract negotiation, sub-contractor selection, programming works while ensuring contractual and commercial outcomes are met.
- Being a small company, you'll be hands on supporting the sites, while ensuring compliance from a WHS and ISO certification.
- You'll work within a professional and respectful business where collaboration and support is encouraged throughout the office and all their sites. You'll work with the business owners and Divisional Managers driving best practice.
