Our client is a national property developer in the retail sector, operating and delivering over 150 stores across Australia. With a strong pipeline of projects across the eastern seaboard, this rapidly expanding business is set to develop, deliver, and rebrand 600+ stores over the next five years.
The Role
We are seeking a Client-Side Project Manager to take full ownership of retail projects valued between $800K – $2M. This is a fast-paced environment, with typical project turnaround times of just 4 weeks. You will split your time between the Sydney office and site visits, with regular regional travel required.
This is an autonomous role... no micro-management, just the opportunity to run projects end-to-end. A can-do attitude, hands-on approach, and willingness to travel are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of retail fit-outs, refurbishments, and rebranding projects across multiple sites.
- Oversee design, construction, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and consultants to drive successful outcomes.
- Travel regionally to oversee and manage store rollouts across the eastern seaboard.
- Background in fit-out, refurbishment, retail, or construction project management.
- Strong understanding of contract administration and stakeholder management.
- Tertiary qualifications, including a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, engineering or similar field highly desirable but not essential
- Minimum 5 years of total industry experience in Project Management, construction or of the like
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly and balance office and on-site responsibilities.
