Job Description
The Company:
Having operating in the Sydney market for over 10 years they have developed a reputation for producing a quality project on time and on budget. With the main bulk of their work within the Fit-out/Refurbishment market they have an established base of both client and subcontractors which they have developed over time.
With a full order book for the rest of 2019 they are going through a significant growth period at the present time and are looking to add an new Project Manager to their team in order to support their current predicted growth.
The role:
- Commercial fit out experience
- Tendering experience
- Experience with Projects of up to $5M
- Minimum 3 Month Contract
- Immediate start
- Based in Surry Hills
About you:
- Bachelors degree in construction management or similar field
- Minimum 10 years construction experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously
- The ability to manager sub contractors and a team under yourself
