The Client
A well established national building head contractor who specialise in delivering retail, hospitality and commercial fit out and refurbishment projects are expanding their Perth operations and require an experienced Project Manager with extensive fit out experience to play a key role in project delivery and driving the growth of the business.
Overview
Working with the State Manager & Construction Director, you will play a key role in both tendering on and delivering a range of fit out and refurb projects of varying size and scales, typically up to $5m. As a Project Manager, not only will you be responsible for delivering your own projects, you will also be driving some client development and capitalising on new opportunities when they present themselves within the market.
You'll be joining a well reputed national business and have full in-house support, however will initially be playing a senior role within a small team that have exciting growth plans that you can be a key part of and grow with. The client has a proven methodology and experience in delivering high quality fit out projects with a long standing client base to leverage opportunities.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a solid background as a Project Manager within the fit out and refurbishment market. Must have a proven background delivering fit out projects for a head contractor and will ideally have some networks and contacts within the retail/hospitality market that they can bring across and develop further.
