The Role

The Role
As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of end-to-end delivery across a range of commercial fit out and refurbishment projects. You'll oversee programming, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, and client communication to ensure each project is delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage commercial fit out & refurb projects across Sydney
- Oversee project programming, procurement, budgeting, and delivery
- Manage subcontractors and ensure project milestones are met
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Conduct regular site inspections and uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Report on project progress and financial performance to senior management
- 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in commercial fit out or refurbishment
- Background in building, construction management, or related trade
- Proven ability to manage projects from tender through to handover
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills
- Detail-oriented and driven with a focus on delivering quality outcomes
- Deliver high-end fit out projects for reputable corporate clients
