About the Role
We're a small, dynamic commercial builder specializing in hospitality fit outs, and we're looking for an experienced Estimator to jump on board for a short-term 3-week contract. You'll be working closely with our team to deliver accurate estimates using CostX, supporting multiple fast-paced projects.
This is an immediate start role – perfect for someone between projects or available to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs using CostX
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
• Support the project team with timely and detailed estimating input
• Work independently in a fast-paced, small team environment

About You

• Proven experience in estimating hospitality/commercial fit out projects
• Proficiency with CostX is essential
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines
• Available to start immediately
