Due to a significant pipeline of work in New South Wales, an opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a $40M commercial project through to handover in Lismore.
- You’ll take ownership of program, cost, and quality outcomes while working with a high-performing site team and strong senior management support.
- The position will suit someone that either resides in Northern NSW or Newcastle and happy to travel.
- Salary will be in line with market tends and offer a 5 day working week
- Full project lifecycle management — from procurement through delivery and close-out
- Lead and mentor Site Managers, Contract Administrators, and Engineers
- Drive safety, quality, and financial performance
- Manage subcontractor relationships and client interface
- Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery
- Proven track record managing commercial or institutional projects valued $30M+
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid understanding of contract administration and program management
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and consultants
