About You
  • 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager (fit out/refurb focus preferred)
  • Proven track record delivering commercial office or workplace projects
  • Strong programming, financial and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple project interfaces and fast turnaround environments
  • Excellent communication and leadership capability
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar preferred

Looking for a Fit Out PM - Salary up to $180k package 
Managing high end retail and live environments $1-5m.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver fit out and refurbishment projects up to ~$20M
  • Full project lifecycle: PCG, design coordination, delivery and handover
  • Manage program, budget, safety and quality outcomes
  • Lead Site Managers, CA(s) and project teams
  • Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Report to Project Director and support business objectives
