Summary

CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a well established WA owned & operated commercial fit out contractor who are strategically in the market for an experienced Project Manager with a strong commercial fit out background to play a key role within the business. 

The Client & Role

Projects are diverse in size - ranging anywhere from $500k-$10m, taking full control of the full lifecycle of your projects. You'll have support from an experienced project team, however as a Project Manager within a smaller business, you'll be across the front end estimating, taking projects all the way through to delivery. Due to size & scale of projects you'll typically be looking after 2-3 projects at any one time. 

Priding themselves on regularly receiving repeat business from clients - the business specialise in high end commercial fit out office projects, with a diverse client base. Projects are regularly in and around the Perth CBD / inner city suburbs.

You'll be joining a business who are looking at this as a long term strategic hire and is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys working as part of a smaller / privately owned business (12+ staff locally) where you are provided with the autonomy and flexibility, but also support to take control and efficiently deliver your projects. 

A highly competitive salary package on offer, dependant on experience - ranging from $150-160k + Super + Vehicle / Allowance.
