Summary

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new mixed use development in South Perth. This is a key position within a well-resourced Tier 2 contractor known for delivering complex builds across mixed-use, education, commercial, retail and civic sectors. Projects typically vary in value, ranging from $50-150m. 

The Role - Project Manager

You'll take full project ownership supported by an established site & delivery team and strong subcontractor relationships, you will drive program, cost, quality and stakeholder management to ensure seamless delivery. 

Key responsibilities include:

• End-to-end project management across planning, procurement, contracts, and delivery
• Managing consultant and client relationships with clear communication and reporting
• Leading site teams to maintain programme, safety, quality and commercial outcomes
• Procurement planning, cost control and variations management 
• Managing design coordination and technical problem-solving
• Ensuring project completion, commissioning and client satisfaction 

About You

• Proven experience delivering commercial projects $20m+ as a Project Manager
• Strong technical background with well-developed financial, procurement and programming skills
• Ability to lead high-performing teams and build strong subcontractor relationships 
• Clear and structured communication skills with a focus on planning and risk management 
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges
