With a strong pipeline of work and an exciting $200M+ construction project in the design stage, they remain in a period of sustained growth—and are now looking for a talented Project Manager to join a high-performing & driven team.

The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a dynamic and driven Project Manager who thrives both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team. You’ll work on a variety of projects from inception to completion, across sectors including build-to-rent, high-end residential, healthcare, data centres, and commercial developments – A variety of sectors is very much on offer and important for this business.

They have had great success with candidates transitioning from architecture or builder backgrounds, and we welcome applications from professionals ready to bring their expertise to the client side project management space.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of construction projects across multiple sectors, these mainly being a built to rent residential (multi million $ project in design stage) or Data Centre developments for repeat clientele.
• Oversee design coordination, approvals, procurement, and construction phases
• Manage consultants, contractors, and client relationships
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
• Provide clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support the continued growth of the business

About You

• A minimum of 5 years’ industry experience (builder, architect, engineer or client-side PM)
• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Property, or related discipline
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and within a team
• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset and attention to detail
• Passionate about delivering quality outcomes and exceeding client expectations
