State wide government agency looking after civil infrastructure projects across NSW with flag ship projects in delivery and development.

The Role

Project manager role looking after multiple delivery programs involved within the existing road network around Sydney, providing projects to that will improve the commuter experience on the road network.

The program has more than $1bn of upgrades planned which includes but not limited to;

• Smart motorway upgrades
• Intersection upgrades
• Traffic signal improvements
• Overtaking lanes
• Road resurfacing and line marking

This particular role will be working on the pinch points program which will involve working on existing assets that need upgrading to elevate congestion in the road network. 
Projects can be resurfacing, widening or new left or right and turns as intersections with signal upgrades also. 

The role is a temp/contract position initially for 10 months with the view of a 12 month extension. 
Ideally you will have the following experience;

• SMC delivery exp
• RMS/TfNSW exp
• 8-10 years exp
• Civil road infrastructure background
