This Mid Tier Civil Contractor focus on the delivery of complex multidisciplinary civil infrastructure projects within Roads, Rail and Energy sectors. They are a family owned QLD Civil Contractor and are growing rapidly with recent project wins both as a principal contractor and specialist subcontractor packages as part of some of QLDs most iconic Infrastructure projects. 

Due to internal growth and market they have currently identified the need for a Project Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. As Project Manager you be responsible for leading the delivery of a number of small scale projects ranging from $300k-$5ml. You will lead a team of 15-20 staff and have full project responsibility which will include  development and control of budgets, reporting of project progress, technical and delivery strategies, risk, project schedules, deliverables, commercial and procurement arrangements. Scopes of work will be diverse and will include: Subdivision, Road Widening, Culvert Replacements, Drainage Works, Earthworks etc.

The role offers long term stable work in Toowoomba and would be best suited to a driven Project Management professional who is looking for a change from chasing projects across the state. 

We are actively looking to speak to Project Management professionals who have a proven track record of delivering complex civil infrastructure projects up to $10ml who are switched on commercially and also display strong leadership skills to manage a motivated team of construction and engineering professionals. The ideal candidate will come from a Tier 2 civil Contracting background and have experience delivering both state and local government projects.
