Overview:
A medium sized builder who specialise in boutique apartment projects operating throughout the Eastern Suburbs, Sutherland Shire and the Lower North Shore are actively seeking a new Project Manager 7 unit development. 

The Role: 
Project Manager to lead, manage and mentor a team including a CA, Cadet, Foreman and Site Manager. You will report to the Construction Director who will support you IF required however you will not me micro managed and you'll be given all the tools and resources to ensure a quality project.

The Project: 
The initial project is a low density, ultra high-end apartment block which is currently in demolition stage. My client is hiring now so that the Project Manager can be involved with the project as soon as possible and help with the design,programme, procurement, e.t.c 

Skill and Experience: 

• Construction / Engineering Degree with Minimum of 5 years CA experience
• Experience working for a builder in the Medium Density Residential sector. 
• Be able to lead from the front 
• Would suit someone from a commercial background who is looking to work on high quality resi projects 
• Jobpac experience
